Nutrition Counseling & Recovery Coaching

When you are working with us in the Youth or Adult Treatment Program, you will be seeing your team (registered nutritionist and certified recovery coach) for various appointments each week, depending on where you are at in the recovery journey and how much support is needed. Appointment frequency will vary at different stages of the journey, and your treatment team will recommend the intensity of support, treatment and appointments needed at each phase.

Each 60 minute session= $200 (CAD)

Naturopathic Doctor

Naturopathic Medicine is also offered within the Youth and Adult Treatment Programs, and will be recommended as part of some individuals treatement plan and program, as needed.

Each 60 minute ND session= $225 (CAD)

Meal Support

We offer virtual and private meal support services 7 days a week (weekdays, evenings and weekends) so that you are supported when and where you need it. Meal support is an integral component of eating disorder recovery and can make a huge impact on the individuals ability to recover, as well as parents and caregivers getting a much needed break from the meal-time battles.

Meal support is offered and often part of ones treatment program and plan within the Youth and Adult Treatment Programs, and your team will recommend frequency needed here at various stages of the recovery journey (recommendations are always individual to each families needs). Meal support is also available to those not part of our program and is a wonderful aid to those seeing other practitioners for nutrition and mental health support, families doing FBT at home, youth or adults in recovery and needing some meal accountability, and more.

Packages and pricing for 30 minute 1:1 meal support are as follows (*all pricing is in Canadian dollars):

  • 1 session= $70

  • Package of 5 sessions= $68/ session ($340)

  • Package of 10 sessions= $65/ session ($650)

  • Package of 20 sessions= $60/ session ($1,200)

Insurance Coverage & Financing Options

Insurance:

If you have extended health benefits from your workplace (or a family members), your treatment may be partially covered. We will work with you to see what is covered by insurance, or alternate financing options.

Our clinicians covered under some insurances have the following designations:

Nutrition:

  • Registered Nutritional Consulting Practitioner (RNCP)

  • Registered Orthomolecular Health Practitioner (ROHP)

  • Certified Nutritional Practitioner (CNP)

Naturopathy:

  • Licensed Naturopath (ND)
