At Home Eating Disorder Support

Eating disorder recovery support that doesn’t stop when your session ends.

Beyond the Therapy Hour

Recovery isn’t something you do once a week — it unfolds in real time.

That’s why we don’t just meet in sessions. We’re with you between them.

When a meal feels overwhelming.
When thoughts spiral.
When a parent isn’t sure what to do next.
You don’t have to carry it alone.

Who This Support Is For

For those who need more than appointments — who want support in the moments where recovery actually happens.

It’s for those who:

  • Are navigating eating disorder recovery and want compassionate, individualized support beyond weekly appointments.

  • Don’t want to feel alone in the in-between — especially during meals, moments of overwhelm, or periods of uncertainty.

  • Value collaborative care across nutrition, recovery coaching, meal support, and family support when needed.

  • Want care that is responsive, flexible, and tailored to their unique recovery needs.

  • Are looking for a more connected and supported recovery experience — emotionally, logistically, and therapeutically.

To preserve the depth and quality of support, space within our concierge model is intentionally limited.

Meet Your Care Team

We're not just a team — we're people who walk alongside you.

We don’t sit on the outside making plans. We stay connected to your real life — the meals, the thought spirals, the breakthroughs, and the setbacks.

We collaborate closely, adjust care as needed, and support you through the unfolding realities of recovery — not just during appointments.

This isn’t provider access. It’s relationship.
And it changes everything.

    Jesse White, RNCP, ROHP

    CO-FOUNDER, REGISTERED NUTRITIONIST

With over 12 years of clinical experience—and her own lived experience of recovery—Jesse works with clients in a way that is direct, hands-on, and individualized. She supports the full spectrum of eating disorder recovery, including re-feeding, restoring physical health, regulating eating patterns, interrupting symptoms, reintegrating fear foods, rebuilding hunger and fullness cues, and improving digestion, hormones, and overall relationship with food and body.

Jesse’s approach is practical and human. She doesn’t disappear between sessions; clients have real-time access to her support during meals, through challenges, and any moment where the eating disorder becomes loud. She listens, asks the right questions, and adapts the work to exactly what each person needs in real life.

    Rebecca Rechtorik, CCIEDC 1055

CO-FOUNDER, CERTIFIED EATING DISORDER RECOVERY COACH

Rebecca is a Carolyn Costin Institute Certified Eating Disorder Recovery Coach, and has 10 years of experience supporting individuals through their eating disorder recovery journey. Her approach to healing is holistic and action oriented; focusing on how to be well more that how not to be sick.

Rebecca's journey of recovery from bulimia and exercise addiction influenced her philosophy of care. She applies a “Whole Person” lens to recovery; you are not your eating disorder, rather, a complex and unique individual struggling with an eating disorder.

She believes in addressing all areas of the person's life in order to achieve full recovery, not simply focusing on the symptoms of the illness.

How Support Unfolds

  • Connect

A free discovery call to understand your needs, answer questions, and ensure alignment.
A relaxed, conversational beginning — not an intake or assessment.

  • Integrate

Your nutrition and recovery coaching team builds a personalized plan.
It’s designed to adapt, not prescribe — flexible, relational, and truly personal.

  • Immerse

Support extends into real life — through sessions, meal support, and additional connection when needed.
Recovery is supported not only in appointments, but in the moments in between.

  • Collaborate

We communicate with therapists, physicians, or family when it adds value to your care.
Your support network becomes aligned and communicative.

  • Evolve

As recovery deepens, your support shifts while presence and continuity remain.
Step-down levels are introduced collaboratively — never abruptly or alone.
